Let's Go Litterless

On Wednesday we had a presentation about litter put on by the city of Surrey. Ms.K. shared many interesting facts with us. She made us think about how we can produce less litter.

At one point she gave us some possible lunch choices to see if we could pack a litter free lunch.

After the presentation was over we went outside to clean our school grounds.

We found this much garbage with Ms. C's class

What are you doing to keep our environment clean?

  1. I can't wait to show your blog to my class - they will be so impressed with your care of the planet. Litter picking is such an important task - think of all those creatures you will be saving. It is so sad to think of how the litter we drop is affecting sea turtles, skunks and other creatures. We all need to act now and save this planet, so thank you to Division 15 for starting the job for the rest of the world!
